Hi Everyone,
A was earlier proprietorship and he had taken TIN no.
Now it became partnership farm. so can we carry same TIN NO. or do we need to changed the same.
pls suggest what is the solution of TIN NO

I think tin number allotted to person so he cannot transfer the tin number .If the business is sold to another person the person who purchased to apply for new tin number
So in thus case partnership firm have to apply for new tin number
This is my opinion
