I have 2 properties on my name. both Jointly owned. My share of rent from 1 property is Rs. 425000/- p.a. and Rs. 960000/- from the second property. Am i liable to charge service tax and on which property?
Do i have to obtain registration for Service tax??

u have to collect service tax on the both the properties., and the registration should be as Association of persons ..
