We have new 4 Mbps Internet Leased line.
Bill amount of 1 month 18,000.00+Service tax
should we deduct TDS on Internet Service.
Please Tell me

here is no Need to Deduct TDS for Interent Services under Any Sec. It has also been held in the case of Skycell Communications Ltd. v. Deputy CIT[2001] 251 ITR 53 (Mad.).
