Tds to nri/pio on sale of house in india.

15 August 2015 Dear sir,

I want to buy a house from NRI couple (UK) for Rs.53 lacs. One have British Passport & PIO card & other have Indian Passport.
Kindly tell me, TDS liability on me & which form used for deposit the same.

15 August 2015 TDS applicable u/s 195 on capital gain. Either the buyer or seller make an application to jurisdictional AO u/s 195 (2) & (3) to determine the tax deductible.
