My Client has been deducted TDS on salary and filed 24Q for the f.y. 2010-11, but he have received a notice of demand showing short deduction
but there is no any short deduction, because calculation was based on particular submitted by deducttess.
now I want to know what should be the reply to the department for doping the demand proceeding.

Check all the PAN numbers are available or not, because in absence of PAN 20% deduction need to done.
