20 July 2015 Let me know the TDS Returns to be filed for Foreign Remittance.
Whether Form 15CA and Form 15CB are MANDATORY when foreign remittance made
Whether TDS Return is to be filed even Form 15CA and 15CB filed and issued or not.
Kindly clarify

20 July 2015 If tax deducted on foreign remittance TDS return in form 27Q has to be filed, irrespective of filing of 15CA and 15CB.
Form 15CA and form 15CB is mandatory when foreign remittance is made.
