TDS on Website registration Charges

Dear Sir,
I have received the bill from our vendor mentioned as Registration charges for our company website for 2 GB Space from 01/10/08 to 30/09/09 .
My query is whether i should deduct the TDS U/S 194C or 194 J
Please guide

I think section 194C should be applied.
