11 January 2014 if a company not deduct tds on salary of employees from 6 months & after it want to deduct tds on salary. can do? what effect this?

11 January 2014 normally tds deduction is require on monthly basis, if your total salary is more then Rs. 2 lacs after deduction.

he can deduct TDS after 6 month.
