I HAVE TAKEN GODOWN AT PER MONTH RENT OF 20000 FROM JANUARY 14 DO I NEED TO DEDUCT TDS FOR THAT UNDER RENT ON TDS FOR FY 2013-14 AND PLEASE GUIDE FOR NEXT FINANCIAL YEAR 2014-15

No need to deduct TDS for Financial Year 2013-14 since the threshold limit of Rs. 180000/- per annum will not be crossed.
From next year beginning you need to deduct TDS @10% of the Bill amount excluding service tax, if any.
