Tds on printing charges

Dear Friends,
Our firm has paid Rs. 2,77500/- towards Printing charges for Brouchers, Application Forms, Layout Sheets, Broucher covers, 3D works etc and the agency has raised a single bill for the above said amount. Is this Printing charges bill is liable for deduction of TDS? If yes, can we deduct TDS u/s 94C

Yes TDS applicable u/s 194C.
