Tds on postal expenses

Our Client has entered as agreement with Department of Posts for Rs. 3,00,000/- to dispatch of some type of goods to customers. Pls tell me that they have to deduct TDS on Postal Dept or not..

It should be the worry of Department of Posts and not of you.
If deducted then adjust toward your tax liability at the end of year.
