Tds on fees

I want to pursue CFA (USA) course and I want to know as CFA institute being a foreign constitution, whether I am liable to deduct TDS on the fees to be paid, if yes what are the relevant provisions and things to be kept in mind?

TDS not required to be deducted on payment of Fess for pursuing CFA(USA).
