Sir i am a government employee my office tds order200(1)tax deducted but not paid so i do not want appeal so what i do .

only ask for TDS certificate or refund your money. if you have salary Slip showing TDS deducted then you can claim in income tax return. TDS deducted but not deposited its your office responsbility. Income tax officer will recover with interest from your offce when matter came in light. file your return. it all will happen automaticly.
