Tds liability

Please guide me regarding the TDS liability on payment by a resident to a resident on behalf of non resident of RS 150000. A non resident has taken a service from a resident company. Payment is supposed to be done by non resident in INR through his son who is in India. Is there any liability on his son for the deduction of TDS of that resident company.

No liability of TDS either on his son or on non resident.

But son is paying from India and the amount is of Rs 150000. Could you please refer a section in which this provision is written

Son is paying on behalf of father no liability. I don't find any section on which TDS applicable on such transaction.
