if there are 3 bills on same date like 07.03.2014 bill no. 20,22,25 and amt. is 10000, 12000, 14000 is tds is liable or not us 194 c?

In 1st case TDS needs to be deducted since Rs 30000- limit is crossed.
Regarding 2nd query TDS not required to be deducted on membership and subscription fees.
