then do we have to file any ITR along with it or not

17 June 2010 Rule 12, 31(1), form 16AA ,ITR-1 / ITR-2 if read together will not give a concrete answer to the issue. To add fuel to fire,in the official website (www.incometaxindia.gov.in) till today Form 16AA is not published.
