12 November 2011 dear all,

1 co. is in receipt of power subsidy , subsidy on lease rentals from say govt and also certain reimbursement like stamp duty , patent filing fees, exhibition stall rental are given .. whether TDs need to be deducted for these paymentss u/ whcih section & rate applicable.
