Expense of salary will be disallowed u/s 40(a)(ia)

Section 40(a)(ia) is not applicable to payment of salary.
Further, Section 40(a)(iii) is also not applicable as it is applicable only to salary paid to a non-resident.
If TDS on salary has not been deposited, salary expense will not be disallowed.
