If a print Media Advertising Co.(Say A Newspaper Co.) get its newspaper printed through any printing house and the printing house charges VAT on the bills issued by it for the printing job. Will TDS be applicable on payments of such Bills.

Hi,
TDS will be applicable on the labour portion of the work done and not on the material portion. As in the invoices, VAT is being charged, hence, it is not a service bill and accordingly TDS should not applicable.
