08 July 2011 I'm working in a organization. We have a contract for vehicles hiring for carrying departmental employee's from colony to office and return. Vehicles like buses, cars, tata sumo and other four wheeler etc.
All maintenance work done by contractors only.
We are giving only monthly payment to contractor.
This contract is designed as "Hiring of Vehicles".
Kindly suggest in which section TDS to be deduct i.e 194(c) or 194(I).
