Dear Expert,
I want to know that if commission on export sales is paid to a foriegn agent , than wether liability of withholding tax arises or not?
If yes than at which rate we have to deduct and deposite?

IF THE AGENT HAS NO PE IN INDIA THEN NO TAX IS DEDUCTIBLE
