11 February 2011 I know that last date of filing TDS return is 15th. of next month of a quarter ending.

But is there any extension?

Please let me know in details

11 February 2011 Thanks for your reply.
But sometimes I have submitted return through facilitation centres, even after 30 days of the due date. Shall I have to face any problem for that?
Please also let me know what is the procedure of self submission of TDS return

11 February 2011 Returns will be accepted by TIN-FC even is submitted late but penalty of Rs 100 for every day during which the failure continues shall be levied subject to the maximum of TDS amount.
