I would like to work as a tds consultant. For that any procedure or permission to be got from income tax authorities and I would like to know how some Enterprises like Integrated or NSDL persons upload TDS returns without obtaining digital signature from the owner whereas a staff of a organisation requires digital signature of his employer

23 September 2016 You can work as TDS consultant no permission needed from IT authorities. Integrated and NSDL persons are authorized up loaders of TDS return hence no digital signature required.

24 September 2016 You can't become authorized up loader. Fill and file TDS return on behalf of the client.
