Dear expert.
contractor has given bill rs. 269860/-
with include materials. details is following below .
contract amount 250000
5%Vat on 60% portion 7500
12.36% ST on 40% portion 12360
My Query. is. as per section 194c on which portion should i deduct 1% tds. also do clrify tax amount will be include to deduct tds.
