26 April 2014 If we are paying a sum of Rs 30000/- to a consultant, do we need to deduct TDS or is it above 30000/-?

26 April 2014 If amount exceeds Rs.30,000, 194J attracts.

26 April 2014 It is above Rs. 30000/- .Or in other words if it is 30001/- then u have to deduct TDS.
