MY CLAINT HAVE WORKING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AS LABOUR CONSTRUCTOR, IN 2011 - 2012,MY CLAINT RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR 693000/- RS.-7000/- DEDUCTING TDS TOTAL MY PAYMENT WAS 700000/- AS LABOUR PAYMENT BUT TILL NOT SHOW IN MY INCOME TAX ACCOUNT IN INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT. SO MY QUESTION IS CAN I CLAIM TDS OR NOT. PLEASE REPLY ME,

Please check whether the person who has deducted the TDS, has paid the same or not.

Do you have form 16A.. if you have it then first verify it with form 26AS and if does not match then ask to the person who made the payment.
