About me
I offer 12+ years of experience in the areas of financial & accounting operations, taxation & financial strategies, statutory & legal compliances and auditing. My forte lies in designing and implementing corporate policies and procedures, and yearly projections, to meet company’s long and short term financial needs and enhance operational efficiency of the organization.
I pay a key role in structuring annual budgeting, and capital budgeting, defining standard operating procedures & internal controls; deft in exercising strict budgetary control, variance analysis and appraisal of actual performance. Apart for this, I am a great resource in Process design and process simplification, financial management to reduce borrowing cost, detail analysis of financial statement and MIS to help management in decision making. I possess good working knowledge of the Finance and Accounting Policies Procedures, Accounting Standards and Principles, Corporate and Taxation Laws and Statutory Enactments with the ability to relate theory with practice.
I hold success in the areas of cost estimation, structuring means of finance, balance sheet analysis, ratio analysis, profitability estimates, cash flow projections, and projected balance sheets, calculation of various financial ratios / parameters and economic indicators.
