20 August 2009 First of all there is no liability in the light of the fact that there is either transfer of IP or the same is for personal use of the buyer.
If still wishing to poay- payment on consturction part - to the extent of labour by deducting amount offerred for VAt or go for compoistion of 4.12% on gross amount.
