1-some one is Resign from company AFTER 20 year Before retirement
2-Last 10 month basic salary is

JAN 13 100000.00 P.M
TO
OCT 13 100000.00 P.M

3- PAID LEAVE ENCASHMENT 1153846.00

QUERY
HOW MUCH AMOUNT IS TAXABLE ON A/C OF LEAVE ENCASHMENT

11 December 2013 Leave encashment after retirement from service / after resigning the office is exempted from tax. So, no tds to be deducted from Leave encashment.
