Taxability of pf while leaving the job

dear expert,
I have joined the company in Oct 2010 and leaved the company in June 2014.
i have not trfd my pf and withdraw the amount
so 1 )it is taxable or taxfree 2 ) if taxable then at what rate i have to pay a tax

1 Taxable.
2 Add it with salary pay tax on applicable slab rates.
