I have doubt on Tax audit u/s 44AB

W.e.f A.Y 2011-12 Limits for fall into tax audit

Turnover incase of

Business--- 60Lakhs

Profession --15Lakhs

My doubt is can i take turnover for the above purpose includes all taxes..???????

give me any provisions on that issue...!!!!!

23 December 2011 Yes you shall consider turnover include excise duty,VAT/sale tax if any.

Because turnover means exact amount of sales to customer/client. exact amount means incluse All taxes in sale of particular product/article.
