Tally 9 data opened in tally erp 9

11 January 2018 Basically the data was in tally 9 which I opened in tally erp 9. Now the same data is not opening in tally 9. Please advise me and oblige.

11 January 2018 Yes...
Bcoz., the Tally 9 is old and Tally ERP 9 is new / Advanced version. So, It's not supported...

You will try to rewrite the Data.....

12 January 2018 It means once the data of tally 9 is opened in tally erp 9 it can be opened in tally 9. I have should have made a copy of the tally 9 data and copy should have been opened in tally erp 9. Original data of tally 9 should not have been disturbed so that it could be opened in tally 9. Am I right sir ?

12 January 2018 Copy and Paste the data from Tally ERP 9 to Tally 9 Data Folder...
Next open Tally 9 and Press Ctrl + Alt + R and Select the required data which is required to convert. Now it's ask rewrite and You can use after the process...
But, Some advantages not available in Tally 9 as per Tally ERP 9...
