servey by income tax on 18/01/2012 & Disclosed Rs.2,50,00,000.by negative cash.
my Question is as Under.
1) my Regular T.o is Below Rs,60,00,000/-
Can I File Return U/s 44AD
2)Can Scrutiny is Compalsory in Servey Case?
3)How Can Entry made in Books Of A/c Of Disclosed Income
4) How Can Treat In return of income as a Income from other or business

1.When survey is undertaken on 18.01.2012,the accounting yr 2011-12( Asst2012-13) income tax return will be converted to Scrutiny.
2.If T.O is below Rs.60.00 lakhs, return can be filed U/s44AD.In that case the Negative cash offered may be taken as "Income from Other sources".
3.The income offered may be credited to Capital a/c and offered as Income.
