24 May 2011 Dear Forum Members,

Is it mandatory for every State Govt employee to comply with Sec 133A(5) of Income Tax Act.

If so, where he would have filed?
- in the same office where he works
- or in any office where his competent/appointing authourity sits.

Please enlighten me in this regard.

My way of posting question is wrong.

1)If an employee have to inform the dept/govt for spending income more tha n 1,00,000 in a year for his sons/daughter marriage expenses

If so, where he would have filed?
- in the same office where he works
- or in any office where his competent/appointing authourity sits.

2)Any one has to order/complaint to do the enqiure by the AO about the marriage expenditure.
