Dear all
i am registered in service tax converted my proprietorship firm into partnership firm and to make partnership deed i have purchase stamp RS. 2000. my Query is can i avail cenvat credit of rs. 2000

Cenvat credit can be availed on input tax of excise or service tax paid. For payment of stamp duty no cenvat credit can be availed.
