plz suggest me a way out for correction of spelling error of name of company in FORM1A.

Hi
The only way out is file another Form-1A with correct name with NOC from applicant for not using of that wrong name.
Or, You can contact with ROC for re- submission of Form-1A.

coz i thing if i file a new form thr cn be possibilty of objection from ROC of simillar name.
Name Approved: SPORTEK ELECTRONIC PVT. LTD.
REQUIRED NAME: SHORTEK ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD.
jst thr is an ERROR of one LETTER.
