Sir,
Short payment of Tcs was made on 7th May 2012 through challan 281 for the month of April 2012.Since now when we will submit the quarterly return (April12-June12) on 15th July there will a mismatch.
How to rectify it.Please help.

Deposit the amount of short payment with interest @1.5% p.m. and file your return accordingly. Then you will be able to match the amount deducted with amount deposited.
