plz solve my doubt.
in a pvt ltd company which is incorporated on 5th december 2013authorised ca[pital is 200000,paid up capital is 100000,one director is appointed and one director is resigned.there were 5 directors in the company.previously shares subscribed by them is 6:1:1:1:1 which have to be changed and will be 2:2:1:3:2.what is the peocedure.mca dept says that as this is internal transfer there is no change in paidup capital so mention the transfer in annual return no need to file sh 7.need help.

Hello meeta,
if you are changing in shareholding pattern by transfer of shares with same paid up share capital then no need to file SH-7 you have to prepare share transfer form ind SH-4 .
