can take setoff against voluntoty deposit for vat registration RS 25000/- if yes then tell me in which colomn show this figure in form 231 for vat return

As per proviso to sub sec 2 to sec16 of Maharashatra VAT Act,deposit paid at the time of voluntary registration is not adjustable with any tax liability....mjk
