Dear sir,
In case of Manpower supply service which value is taxable? Ex : Manpower supply co billed to its client as follows,
Supply of 1 Engineer for June'9 : 100000
Service Charge 10% : 10000
Total : 110000
now the service tax have to calculate for 110000/- or only 10000/-.
Please confirm

It is the gross amount. ie. 110000.00
