if service is of month march 12 but invoice is raised in month april 12 then which rate is applicable 10.30 or 12.36 ??? plz tell its very urgent...........

BILL RAISED ON APRIL SO SERVICE TAX 12.36 WILL BE APPLICABLE.

Yes it is only 12.36%, since the bill is raised after 01.04.2012
