75% of the amount of bill raised by a GTA is available as abetment. Tax payable on 25% only.
Small consignments upto Rs. 750/- fully exempt.
In case of full truck load by a single consignee, amt upto Rs. 1500/- exempt(There is diverse opinion on this point)
