Dear Sir,
we have taken a shop on rent of rs 30000/- pm is service tax applicable for this case and what would be tds procedure?

Service tax required to be paid if landlord charges as per his limit. TDS limit is Rs.180000/- per annum.So u are required to deduct TDS
