we are exporter of iron material , we have paid commission to agent out side India for service provided by him out side India.
we are liable for any service tax ? If yes what is the effect date or notification

Liable under sec 66A as marketing services provided by non resident for use in India. Pl examine Not 18/19 of 2009 for relief.
