18 August 2011 Whether service tax in applicable on allocation of expenses incurred on behalf of any of the group entity, even when it is on back to back basis?
If yes, then interest cost allocated, depreciation allocated would be chargeable to service tax under which category?

18 August 2011 Service tax applicable on services provided and claiming other related expenses only.

specifically transferring the expenses of the other concerns also actual back to back basis, does not amount of service rendered and no service tax apply
