What is the limit in Financial Year 2009-10

for Chartered Accountant. suppose I receipt

fee for Rs.10 lacs and above can I pay the

service tax.

23 October 2009 If your previous year receipt was more than Rs. 10 lakhs then on all receipts for the year service tax chargeable.
if current year receipt exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs then on all receipts above Rs. 10 lakhs service tax chargeable
