for Chartered Accountant. suppose I receipt
fee for Rs.10 lacs and above can I pay the

If your previous year receipt was more than Rs. 10 lakhs then on all receipts for the year service tax chargeable.
if current year receipt exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs then on all receipts above Rs. 10 lakhs service tax chargeable
if current year receipt exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs then on all receipts above Rs. 10 lakhs service tax chargeable
