I have doubts please give me answer one by one
1) service tax return filing is quarterly or six monthaly for all industry
2) if I was pay only service tax for 4 month and 2 month service tax not paid is it possible to file return
3) how will goverment get information from us for which invoice we take. CENVAT credit and
like wise in maharashtra we fill up the form J1 and J2 for sale and purchase to show credit transaction to government as same manner is any form in service tax to fill up show transaction to government for which invoice we take CENVAT credit please suggest

1. Service tax return is filed half yearly for all the assesses. Apr.-Sep (25th october) and for Oct.-March (25th april).
2.If you have charged service tax then it is to be paid to the department if not charged or no invoice raised then no need to pay. SImply file the return.
3.No specific invoice is there in service tax for government related transactions.
