I WANT TO KNOW THE SERVICE TAX APPLICABILITY ON PROVIDING THE TRAINING OF MPSC & UPC EXAMS. IT IS TAXABLE OR EXEMPT. KINDLY SUGGEST WITH SECTIONS & CASE LAWS.

Since you are not issuing any certificate, your service is taxable under " Commercial training and coaching services".
