WE HAVE TAKEN SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION NUMBER,THEN IS IT MANDATORY TO FILE SERVICE TAX RETURN, ALL THOUGH WE HAVE NOT MADE ANY SINGLE TRANSACTION DURING THE YEAR.
