Our firm turnover For F.Y-2010-11 was 50 lacks For F.y 2011-12 70 lacs ,,i want to know service tax applicability means we have to pay on receipt basis or accrual.. current turn over

On accrual basis or reciept basis whichever is earlier as per POT Rules....
